Barsys India Refund Policy

These terms apply to Shaker Pro, Coaster 2.0 and Barsys 360 purchased in India.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or refunds in India. This does not restrict your statutory rights to returns, refunds or other remedies under applicable consumer law.

1-year manufacturing-defect replacement warranty

Shaker Pro, Coaster 2.0 and Barsys 360 include a 1-year replacement warranty for manufacturing defects in India, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Normal use does not void manufacturing-defect coverage. Damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper handling is excluded from this commercial warranty.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If your product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, contact Barsys promptly. Barsys will arrange and pay for the necessary return and replacement.

Your statutory rights

The voluntary return conditions and commercial warranty do not limit your statutory consumer rights or remedies, including any legally required return, refund or other remedy for defective, deficient, incorrect or misdescribed goods. These rights are not limited to the 1-year warranty period.
