How are ingredients loaded?
Use the filling funnel, then identify the contents of each station in the app.
Does it refrigerate ingredients?
No. It is insulated. Start with chilled ingredients and follow their storage guidance.
Should carbonated mixers go in the machine?
The microsite recommends adding soda at the glass to preserve fizz.
Which liquids should I avoid?
Avoid highly viscous liquids and juices with a heavy concentration of seeds or pulp.
What is the capacity?
The main listing gives approximately 750 ml per station. The microsite uses 25 oz; confirm the current model’s fill limits in its manual.
How is it cleaned?
Use the app’s Station Cleaning process, following the current manual for rinsing and cleaning solution.
How do warranty and returns work?
Barsys 360 includes a 1-year replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. Normal use does not void this coverage; damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper handling is excluded. India does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or refunds. Your statutory rights to returns, refunds and other remedies remain unaffected. Read the returns and warranty policy.
